We would like to bring to your attention that at present, the warranty coverage is exclusive to Learning Tower products

All The Little Bunny learning towers are accompanied by a 2-year structural warranty, instilling confidence in our customers' purchases.

In the event of any manufacturing or material defect, The Little Bunny will take responsibility and repair or replace the product at our discretion within 2 years from the date of purchase.

This guarantee serves as a testament to the quality of our products and commitment to customer satisfaction.

 

It is to be noted that the warranty will not be valid if the following conditions are met:

1. Assembly done incorrectly led to the damage.

2. Wrong cleaning products were used.

3. Failure to follow recommended maintenance guidelines.

4. Normal wear and tear.

5. Using items for purposes other than their intended usage.

6. The product appears to have been tampered or modified
