The Little Bunny Australia Shipping Policy
At The Little Bunny, we treat you like family, and that means we work extra hard to get your goodies to your doorstep safely, on time, and with a smile.
Please read on to learn about our shipping process, costs, and what to do if things don’t go exactly as planned (but we promise, they usually do!).
1. Shipping Costs & Free Shipping

Free Shipping:
We’re delighted to offer free standard shipping on all domestic orders over $195. Yes, that’s right, if your shopping basket reaches $195, you won’t pay a cent for shipping! It’s our little way of saying “thanks for being awesome.”

For Orders Under $195 – Domestic Flat Rates:

Learning Tower:
Our Learning Tower is considered a "big item" by our courier partner. For these items, we charge a flat rate of $15 for standard shipping. Need it in a hurry? Our Express option is available at a flat rate of $29.90.

All Other Products:
For all other items in our store, domestic orders under $195 are shipped for $5 to $9. We believe in transparency; what you see is what you pay, with no hidden charges. The applicable fee will be clearly displayed at checkout.

2. Shipping Regions & International Shipping

Domestic Australia:
We proudly ship to every corner of Australia, whether you’re in the heart of a bustling city or a quieter regional area, we’ve got you covered. -
International Shipping:
We also welcome our international family! We ship to many countries worldwide (for selected products), including New Zealand, parts of Asia, Europe, North America, and beyond. International shipping costs are calculated based on your order's weight and destination. You’ll see the estimated fees during checkout after entering your shipping address. (Please note: any local taxes, duties, or customs fees are the buyer’s responsibility.) -
Shipping Limitations:
Currently, there are a few remote or restricted areas where we cannot ship due to logistical challenges. If your address falls into one of these categories, our team will contact you directly to find a suitable solution.
3. Order Processing & Delivery Times

Order Processing:
We know you’re excited to receive your purchase, so we commit to processing your order within 1-2 business days from payment confirmation. Orders placed over the weekend or on public holidays will be processed on the next business day because even bunnies need a little rest! -
Estimated Delivery Times:

Domestic (Australia): Once shipped, most orders arrive within 2-6 business days. Urban areas typically enjoy speedy deliveries (2-4 days), while regional or remote areas might take up to 7 days.

International: Delivery times for international orders typically range from 1 to 3 weeks, depending on your country of residence. Orders to Asia or the Asia-Pacific region may arrive in about a week, while shipments to North America and Europe might take closer to two weeks or a bit more. Please remember that customs and import procedures might cause additional delays.

Express Shipping Option:
Need your items in a hurry? We offer an express shipping option for domestic orders (via Express Post or equivalent) for an additional fee. For Learning Tower items, our Express option is available at a flat rate of $29.90. Express orders for other products typically arrive within 1-3 business days. For international orders, express services (such as DHL Express or FedEx) can reduce delivery times to 3-7 business days. The applicable fees will be shown during checkout. -
Note on Delivery Times:
While we do our very best to meet our delivery estimates, please bear in mind that external factors like peak seasons, adverse weather, or customs delays (for international shipments) can affect delivery. We recommend placing orders well in advance if you need your items by a specific date.
4. Shipping Methods & Carriers

Our Trusted Carriers:
We partner with some of Australia’s most trusted carriers. For domestic shipments, your order will typically be handled by Australia Post or Sendle, both known for their extensive network (and yes, they can even deliver to PO Boxes!). In some cases, especially for bulky items like our Learning Tower, we may use private couriers (such as TNT or Aramex) to ensure your item arrives safely and on time. -
International Shipments:
For our international family, we work with carriers like DHL, Australia Post International, or equivalent partners to provide the most efficient and cost-effective delivery service available. -
Order Tracking:
Every order is assigned a tracking number once it’s dispatched. We’ll email you the tracking details so you can follow your package’s journey home. Please note that tracking information might take 24-48 hours to update after shipment. -
Bulky or Special Items:
For products that are especially bulky or heavy, like our Montessori Learning Towers, we might use a dedicated shipping method. Such items may be shipped directly from our supplier or via specialized freight services. If your order includes such items, additional shipping charges may apply, and we’ll notify you during checkout or via our support team. We’ll always reach out if extra coordination is needed, ensuring that even our big items get the royal treatment.
5. Providing an Accurate Shipping Address

Your Delivery Details Matter:
To make sure your order hops right to your door, please provide a complete and accurate shipping address (including street number, street name, suburb, postcode, and a contact phone number). A little extra care here goes a long way! -
Incorrect Addresses:
If your address is incomplete or incorrect, your package might be returned to us. Should this happen, we’ll get in touch with you to confirm your details and arrange re-delivery. Please note that any additional charges incurred from an incorrect address (such as return shipping fees) will be passed on to you.
6. In Case of Delays, Loss, or Damage

Delayed Deliveries:
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, don’t panic! Please contact our support team, and we’ll track your package and work with our carrier to expedite delivery. While delays can happen (especially during busy periods), we’re here to help smooth things over. -
Lost Packages:
If your package is confirmed lost by the carrier (for instance, if they cannot locate it after an extensive investigation), we’ll either send you a replacement or offer a full refund, your choice! This applies especially if you selected the signature option for added security. -
“Delivered” But Not Received?:
If tracking shows that your package was delivered but you haven’t received it, please check around your property (porch, entryway, or even with a friendly neighbour). Sometimes carriers leave packages in safe spots. If your package is still missing, contact us immediately, and we’ll help investigate with the carrier. (If you chose “Authority to Leave,” please note that our ability to replace or refund is limited in such cases.) -
Damaged Items:
We take extra care to pack our items securely, but if your item arrives damaged, please take photos of the damage and contact us within 48 hours. We’ll review the issue promptly and arrange for a replacement or refund as needed. Rest assured, you won’t be out of pocket for any shipping reattempts if the damage is due to transit mishaps.
