We pack orders promptly and show the available delivery options at checkout. Processing time happens before carrier transit time, so the two estimates should be read separately.
At a glance
- Australian orders with an eligible total of $195 AUD or more receive free standard delivery. An order totalling exactly $195 AUD qualifies.
- Free delivery applies to standard delivery only. Express delivery is always charged.
- Learning Towers are delivered within Australia only, including accepted PO Box addresses.
- We usually process an order within one business day and complete processing within two business days.

The Learning Tower rates above apply to every accepted Australian delivery address, with no added regional delivery fee. A Learning Tower order of $195 AUD or more receives free standard delivery. Express delivery is charged even when the order total is $195 AUD or more.
The eligible total for free standard delivery is calculated after discounts and before delivery charges. Available options and the final delivery charge are shown at checkout.
Processing time
We usually process in-stock orders within one business day and complete processing within a maximum of two business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Processing time begins after we receive the order. It is separate from the carrier's transit time, which begins when the order is dispatched.
If a product has a different handling period, such as a pre-order or made-to-order item, we will show that information before you place the order.
Where we deliver
Learning Towers are available for delivery to accepted addresses within Australia only. We accept PO Box addresses for Learning Tower orders where the delivery option is shown at checkout.
Some other products may be available for delivery outside Australia. The destinations, services and charges currently available for a particular order are those shown at checkout. We do not promise a specific international destination, rate or transit time in this policy.
Delivery estimates and delays
For Australian deliveries, standard transit is estimated at 2 to 5 business days from dispatch and express transit is estimated at 1 to 3 business days from dispatch. These are estimates rather than guaranteed delivery dates.
Carrier delays, severe weather, public holidays and address issues can affect delivery. If your order is taking longer than expected, email hello@thelittlebunny.com.au with your order number and we will help check its progress.
Delivery addresses and PO Boxes
Please enter a complete and accurate delivery address at checkout. We accept PO Box addresses where checkout offers a delivery service for that order. We choose a suitable carrier or service for the address provided and do not promise that every carrier can deliver to a PO Box.
If you need to change an address, contact us as quickly as possible. We will try to help, but we cannot promise an address change after packing or dispatch has begun.
Damaged, missing or incorrect deliveries
Please contact us as soon as you can if an order arrives damaged, an item is missing, or you receive the wrong product. Include your order number and, where practical, photos of the parcel and item so we can investigate and arrange the appropriate next step.
Reporting an issue promptly helps us investigate with the carrier, but it is not a deadline that removes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. See our Return & Refund Policy for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods.
