These Terms & Conditions apply when you use The Little Bunny Australia website or buy from us. Please read them together with the policies linked below. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded, including under the Australian Consumer Law.

1. About us

This website is operated by THE LITTLE BUNNY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” mean THE LITTLE BUNNY AUSTRALIA PTY LTD, and “you” means the person using the website or placing an order.

Our online store is hosted by Shopify, which provides the ecommerce platform we use to offer products and services to you.

2. Using this website

You may browse and use this website only for lawful purposes. If you place an order, you must be able to enter into a binding contract or have the involvement of a parent or legal guardian who can do so.

You must not use the website to break the law, infringe another person's rights, distribute harmful code, interfere with security or operation, collect another person's information without authority, or attempt unauthorised access to the website or related systems.

We may suspend access where reasonably necessary to protect the website, our customers or another person's rights, or to respond to unlawful use.

3. Product information and availability

We take reasonable care to keep product descriptions, images, prices and availability accurate. Screen settings and natural material variations can affect how colours, grain and other details appear. Please read the product description, dimensions, care information and safety instructions before ordering and using a product.

Availability may change. If an error or stock issue materially affects an order, we will contact you and provide an appropriate option, which may include correcting the order, offering an alternative or issuing a refund.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in Australian dollars unless the website states otherwise. The total price, delivery charge and any discount applied to your order are shown at checkout before you submit payment.

Payment may be processed by a third-party provider. Your use of that payment method may also be subject to the provider's terms.

5. Orders

Placing an order is an offer to buy the items in your cart. An automated order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order. We accept the order when we send a dispatch confirmation or otherwise expressly confirm acceptance.

Before acceptance, we may decline an order for a legitimate reason, such as unavailable stock, an unsuccessful payment, a delivery address we cannot service or suspected fraud. If we have taken payment and cannot accept the order, we will refund the amount paid for the affected item and any delivery charge paid for it.

Please provide accurate contact, billing and delivery information. Contact us promptly if something needs to change.

6. Cancellations and order changes

Contact hello@thelittlebunny.com.au as quickly as possible if you would like to cancel or change an order. We will try to help, but we cannot promise a change or cancellation once packing or dispatch has begun. After dispatch, the Return & Refund Policy applies.

We will not retrospectively change the price or other agreed terms of an accepted order, except where you agree or the law requires it.

7. Delivery

Delivery destinations, charges, processing times and transit estimates are explained in our Shipping & Fulfilment Policy and at checkout. Delivery dates are estimates unless we expressly agree otherwise.

Please check your delivery details before completing checkout. Contact us promptly if an address is incorrect; a change may not be possible after dispatch.

8. Returns, refunds, warranties and consumer rights

Our Return & Refund Policy explains change-of-mind returns and the process for faulty, damaged, incorrect or misdescribed goods. Our Warranty Policy explains our two-year structural warranty.

These policies operate in addition to the consumer guarantees under the Australian Consumer Law. A warranty, return period or packaging condition does not remove a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Product use and safety information

If you believe a product has a fault or may not be safe to use, stop using it and contact us promptly with your order details and a description of the issue.

10. Accounts

If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your sign-in details secure and for the activity you authorise through the account. Please tell us promptly if you believe someone has accessed it without permission.

You are responsible for keeping your contact and account information current so we can process orders and contact you when needed.

11. Intellectual property

Unless stated otherwise, the text, photographs, graphics, branding and other content on this website are owned by or licensed to The Little Bunny Australia and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may view and use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping and information. You must not copy, publish, sell or commercially exploit our content without permission, except where the law allows it.

12. Reviews and other content you submit

If you submit a review, photograph, comment or other content, you confirm that you have the right to provide it and that it is not unlawful, misleading, abusive or an infringement of another person's rights.

You keep ownership of your content. You give us a non-exclusive, worldwide and royalty-free licence to store, reproduce and display it for purposes reasonably connected with operating, improving and promoting our business. We may moderate or remove submitted content where reasonably necessary, including where it breaches these terms or the law. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

13. Third-party services and links

The website may include links to, or features provided by, third parties. Their services may have separate terms and privacy practices. We are responsible for our own conduct and legal obligations, but we do not control an independent third party's website or service.

14. Marketing messages

We send electronic marketing only with consent or where otherwise permitted by law. Consent to marketing is not a condition of purchase.

You can unsubscribe by following the instructions in a marketing message or by emailing hello@thelittlebunny.com.au. We will action an unsubscribe request within five working days. Unsubscribing from marketing does not stop service messages that are necessary to fulfil an order or respond to you.

15. Website availability and liability

We aim to keep the website available and accurate, but interruptions and errors can occur. Contact us if an error appears to have affected your order.

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies consumer guarantees, liability for a failure to comply with a consumer guarantee, or any other right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Where the law permits liability to be limited, any limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law. We do not exclude liability for reasonably foreseeable loss or damage that you are entitled to recover under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms when our services, practices or legal obligations change. Updated terms apply from the date shown on this page. A change does not retrospectively alter an order we have already accepted or reduce a stronger promise that applied to an earlier purchase, unless you agree or the law requires it.

18. Governing law and severability

These terms are governed by the applicable laws of Australia. If a provision is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, it is severed to the extent necessary and the remaining provisions continue to apply.
