Terms and conditions

1. Promoter.

   The promoter is The Little Bunny Australia Pty Ltd (ABN 72 700 776 076), hello@thelittlebunny.com.au ("we", "us", "our").

2. Promotion period.
   • The promotion starts at 11:11:11am on Friday 6 November 2026 and closes at 11:59pm on Monday 30 November 2026, or earlier for new orders when the 300-order limit in clause 5 is reached.
   • Bonus entries under clause 7, including separate step stool orders, are open from 11:11:11am on Friday 6 November 2026 until 11:59pm on Monday 30 November 2026.
   • All times in these terms are Sydney time (AEDT).
3. Who can enter.

   Australian residents aged 18 or over. Our directors, managers and staff, their immediate families, and anyone involved in running this promotion or picking the winners can't enter.

4. How to enter.
   • Place and pay for an order with us online, at thelittlebunny.com.au or through the Shop app, during the promotion period that includes at least one 3-in-1 Learning Tower (Bunny or Fox design).
   • Your order number is your entry.
   • There's nothing else to submit.
   • Orders placed through other stores or marketplaces (such as Etsy or Amazon) aren't eligible, and neither are orders with a product total under $100 after discounts (such as gifted, replacement or staff orders).
5. 300-order limit.
   • Only the first 300 eligible orders go in the draw, counted in the order they're placed.
   • Each order counts once, however many learning towers it includes.
   • Our learning tower product pages show how many spots are left once 100 or fewer remain, and show when the draw is full.
   • Any eligible order placed before our website showed the draw as full will be entered, even if this takes the total slightly over 300.
   • An order that is later cancelled or refunded still uses its spot, and its entries are recounted under clause 8.
6. Entries.

   An eligible order gets entries for each learning tower in it:

   • 3 entries for a learning tower bought in the same order with a Wooden Frame Magnetic Whiteboard and a set of Magnetic Animal Letters (Little Genius Bundle);
   • 1 entry for any other learning tower.
   • Items count whether they're added as a bundle or one by one.
   • The learning tower, whiteboard and letters must all be in the same order. Items from separate orders can't be combined into a Little Genius Bundle, even if the orders were placed on the same day or with the same email address, and we can't move items between orders.
   • Each whiteboard and set of letters counts towards one learning tower only.
   • For example, an order with two learning towers gets 2 entries, and an order with a Little Genius Bundle and one extra learning tower gets 4 entries. A learning tower in one order, with the whiteboard and letters in a later order, gets 1 entry.
   • Step stools earn bonus entries under clause 7.
   • No one can have more than 8 entries in total, across all their orders and including bonus entries under clause 7.
7. Bonus entries (optional).

   Each person can earn these bonus entries for an eligible order, by 11:59pm on Monday 30 November 2026:

   • Step stool: 1 bonus entry for each Toddler Wooden Step Stool, bought in the same order as the learning tower, or in a separate order placed with us online (on our website or through the Shop app) between 11:11:11am on Friday 6 November 2026 and 11:59pm on Monday 30 November 2026, using the same email address as an eligible order, even if the 300-order limit has already been reached. A separate step stool order doesn't need a product total of $100 and doesn't use one of the 300 spots.
   • Review: 1 bonus entry, once per person, for a genuine review of a product from the eligible order or from a separate step stool order counted under this clause, submitted through the review form on our website or the review link in our email, using the email address on the order, with at least one photo taken by you. Any star rating qualifies. We publish reviews whatever the rating, except reviews we'd remove under our usual review rules (for example offensive content, spam, or content not about the product). Reviews that earn a bonus entry are marked as incentivised.
   • Follow: 1 bonus entry, once per person, for following @thelittlebunny.au on Instagram or our Facebook page (facebook.com/littlebunny.australia) and sending us a message from that same account with the word DYSON and the order number. We may check that the account follows us. Following us on both doesn't earn a second bonus entry.
   • A step stool bonus entry is added to the order the step stool is in or, for a separate step stool order, to the earliest eligible order with the same email address. Review and follow bonus entries are added to the order named in the review or message. If that's a separate step stool order, they're added to the earliest eligible order with the same email address.
   • Bonus entries count towards the 8-entry limit in clause 6.
   • Entries always belong to the order, and any prize goes to the person who placed the order.
   • You don't need to buy a step stool, review, follow or message us to enter.
8. Cancellations, refunds and returns.
   • If part or all of an order is cancelled or refunded before the draw, we'll recount its entries under clauses 6 and 7 based on what's left in the order.
   • An order with no learning tower left has no entries, including bonus entries.
   • If a step stool is cancelled or refunded before the draw, its bonus entry is removed, including for a separate step stool order.
   • If, after the draw but before we send the prize or pay the cashback, the winning order is cancelled or all its learning towers are returned for a change of mind, the prize is treated as unclaimed under clause 11.
   • By claiming a prize, the winner agrees that items in the winning order can no longer be returned for a change of mind.
   • This doesn't affect your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, for example if an item is faulty.
9. Prizes.

   There are 3 prizes:

   • First prize: 1 × Dyson V16 Piston Animal cordless vacuum, valued at $1,349, the recommended retail price on dyson.com.au on 5 October 2026.
   • Second prize: 1 × Dyson Airwrap Origin multi-styler and dryer (Nickel/Copper), valued at $649, Dyson's recommended retail price as shown on dyson.com.au and Amazon Australia on 5 October 2026.
   • Third prize: 100% cashback on the winning order. We pay back the total paid for that order, including shipping and after discounts, up to $299.
   • The total prize value is up to $2,297 including GST.
   • The first and second prize values are Dyson's recommended retail prices (RRP).
   • Retailers, including Dyson, may sell these products for less during sales.
   • Prizes can't be exchanged or transferred, and the first and second prizes can't be redeemed for cash.
   • If the first or second prize becomes unavailable for reasons outside our control, we'll provide a similar prize of equal or greater value.
   • Colours may vary.
   • There are no other prizes or bonus prizes.
   • Bonus entries under clause 7 are extra entries in this draw, not extra prizes.
10. The draw.
    • The draw will take place at 7pm on Wednesday 2 December 2026 at Brookvale, NSW, using a random online draw in which each entry has one line and the same chance of being drawn.
    • We'll draw the first prize first, then the second prize, then the third prize.
    • Each person can win only one prize.
    • If an entry belonging to someone who has already won is drawn, we'll set it aside and draw again.
    • The draw will be recorded.
    • Winners don't need to be present.
11. Contacting winners.
    • We'll email each winner at the email address on the winning order by 11:59pm on Friday 4 December 2026.
    • To claim the prize, the winner must reply by 11:59pm on Friday 18 December 2026, with a delivery address in Australia for the first or second prize.
    • We may ask for ID to confirm the winner is 18 or over and placed the order.
    • If a winner doesn't reply in time or isn't eligible, we'll hold an unclaimed prize draw for that prize at the same place at 7pm on Monday 21 December 2026, from the remaining eligible entries.
    • We'll email the new winner the same way by 11:59pm on Tuesday 22 December 2026, and they must reply by 11:59pm on Tuesday 5 January 2027.
    • If the prize is still unclaimed, we'll hold another unclaimed prize draw at 7pm on Wednesday 6 January 2027 and, if needed, further draws at 7pm on the day after each new winner's 14-day reply period ends, until the prize is claimed.
    • We'll publish the result of each unclaimed prize draw on this page.
12. Results.
    • We'll publish the results on this page and on Instagram (@thelittlebunny.au) on Friday 4 December 2026, and keep them on this page for at least 28 days.
    • We'll show the winning order numbers and, for the first prize, the winner's first initial, surname and state.
    • We'll update the results after any unclaimed prize draw.
    • We'll only publish other winners' names if they agree.
13. Delivery and cashback.
    • We'll deliver the first and second prizes to the winner's address in Australia at no cost to the winner, and pay the cashback, within 14 days of the winner claiming the prize.
    • In any case, we'll do this no later than 28 days after the draw in which the prize was won, so no later than Wednesday 30 December 2026 for the draw on 2 December 2026.
    • We pay the cashback as a refund to the payment method used for the winning order (for Afterpay orders, through Afterpay).
    • If that isn't possible, we'll pay it by bank transfer.
14. Privacy.
    • We use the details from your order to run this promotion, including checking entries, matching reviews and messages to orders, contacting winners and delivering prizes, and otherwise as set out in our Privacy Policy.
    • We don't collect any extra information for entry.
    • Messages for bonus entries stay in our Instagram or Facebook inbox.
15. Instagram and Facebook.

    This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Instagram, Facebook or Meta. By taking part, you release Instagram, Facebook and Meta from any liability in connection with this promotion.

16. Dyson.
    • This promotion is run by us.
    • It is not sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Dyson.
    • Dyson product names are used only to describe the prizes.
17. Questions and complaints.
    • If you have a question or complaint about this promotion or a prize, email us at hello@thelittlebunny.com.au.
    • We'll look into it and reply within 5 business days.
    • If we can't sort it out, you can contact NSW Fair Trading or the fair trading office in your state.
18. General.
    • If something outside our reasonable control, such as a technical failure or fraud, affects the promotion, we may change, pause or cancel it, subject to any applicable law or direction from a regulator.
    • We keep records of entries and the draw for at least 5 years.
    • Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.
