We have identified an issue where some parts in a batch of our Learning Towers were incorrectly labelled, which unfortunately made the assembly instructions confusing and the process much more difficult than it should have been. We sincerely apologise for the frustration this caused.

We’ve now addressed the labelling issue and are also introducing clearer, more detailed assembly instructions for our next batch to make the process much easier.
